Mild mannered IT pro by day, writer and masked dispenser of justice by night.

For about 11 years, I've been involved in some sort of IT position. From my humble beginnings as an installation computer tech at a now-defunct computer chain to my current DBA role, I've dabbled with just about anything you can plug in (and some things you really shouldn't).

I have a Bachelor of Business Administration: Management Information Systems from Washington State University and hold a few Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP). More importantly, I can juggle and kick ass at just about any version of Trivial Pursuit (except the Silver Screen one... it's just plain evil).

I'm married to a wonderful woman who managed to put up with me most of the time. We live in the Great Northwest with our two fantastic kids (an almost thirteen-year-old stepson and a nearly four-year-old daughter), two cats, one dog (a big fat Golden Retriever), two vehicles, and one mortgage.
